Breakfast Smoothies are my favorite for both taste and health. You are starting the day off with fiber, protein and fruit! So, you stay full for hours. These are my top recipes, enjoy!

A side note about the different fluids used. I unfortunatley prefer good ole’ cows milk. However, I try to stick with Coconut and Almond milk for its health benefits (look under random facts section for a more detailed description). I generally only use Cows milk as a treat!

Milk and Honey- For days you just want something creamy and delightful.

½ cup Oats
1 Cup Milk
1 Frozen Banana
1 tbsp Flax
1 tbsp Honey (optional)

Standard Style- My go to!!!

1 small banana (frozen)
1 tbsp chia seed
2 tbsp Flax (raw)
1 cup unsweetened cow/almond/rice/soy/coconut milk
1 tbsp PB

Complex- Multiple layers of flavor

1 small Banana (frozen)
½ cup oats
2 tbsp flax (raw)
½ cup plain yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1-3 Dates- based on sweetness
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg

Delish- Not the healthiest choice, but oh, so delicious!

¾ cup granola
1 cup strawberries
1 cup milk
1 frozen banana
sweetener of your choice

Peaches and Cream- Simple and sweet.

1 large peach
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Banana (frozen)
Sweeten to taste
